Data coverage and refresh cadence

This site reads SEC Form 13F holdings, 13D and 13G stakes, and Forms 3, 4 and 5. Every reported number links to its filing. An estimate between filings names the source it uses.

What is held today

Coverage grows as SEC filings and historical data sets are imported. The completed imports below describe the data sets recorded in this database. They do not establish uninterrupted coverage between their dates or full coverage of another form family. An empty result does not establish that a filing, holding or transaction does not exist. Check the SEC source for the full record.

13F data set dates describe when filings were submitted, not necessarily their reporting quarter. Older periods can appear in later imports. 13D and 13G filings arrive individually through the feed or daily indexes and are not certified by a completed 13F or insider import.

When it changes

A live SEC feed check completed in the past five minutes.

Latest feed check started
2026-10-06 10:52:59 UTC
Latest feed check finished
2026-10-06 10:52:59 UTC
Latest stored SEC acceptance time
2026-10-06 10:49:07 UTC
Latest filing ingestion time
2026-10-06 10:50:00 UTC

A recent feed check does not prove that every SEC filing has been imported. Historical loads can defer live work. SEC acceptance time and our ingest time are shown separately, and importing an old filing can advance the latest ingestion time. Bulk data sets may have no acceptance time.

What the API returns

The JSON API and MCP tools use the same queries as the pages for portfolios, stock holders, filings and position timelines, with source links and the two timestamps. Their coverage has the same limitations as the pages. There is no CUSIP to ticker download.
